Our group fitness classes, taught by certified instructors, will include yoga, bootcamps, Zumba, high fitness, beginner’s weight training, core classes, and HIT among others. Certified personal trainers will also be available if you are looking for more of a one on one training experience.

Our mission is to assist people in becoming healthier, happier, stronger and more energetic individuals and to give them the tools to be able to do that long term. We understand that meeting your fitness goals requires more than just coming to our gym. We will offer a nutrition seminar once a month to teach our community about foods and their purpose for the body, tips on how to meal prep, supplement knowledge, provide healthy recipes and much more. Our trainers and staff will provide advice and we are here to help you all along the way. Helping to improve the daily lives of our members is the foundation of what we are. Fitness should be a lifelong journey, so let our knowledgeable and welcoming staff help you stay FOREVER FIT.

Monica Jones

Monica’s fitness journey started when her son decided he wanted to play football, 7 years ago. He wanted to become faster and stronger, so she went right along with him. She began running, went to numerous bootcamps and has been active in CrossFit for around 4 years now.

Monica’s approach to helping others improve their overall health and well-being is by providing a progressive, fun, and balanced workout. Every class provides exercises for improving strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility for all major muscles groups. She WILL push you, however. Her classes provide comprehensive instructions, modifications, and motivation! She loves helping people get stronger, fitter, and more confident!

When not at the gym, you will find Monica at a baseball/football field or basketball gym, with her husband Derek and 3 kids, Bailee (17), Parker (13) and Landon (10).

Lynette Smirl
Lynette SmirlZumba Instructor
Lynette is the Zumba Instructor here at Forever Fit. She have been teaching Zumba since 2011 and a part of the fitness community since 2010. She has been blessed with the opportunity to dance at multiple facilities and meet a lot of beautiful souls.

Lynette has 2 daughters and a granddaughter that she loves very very much. They are her world and one of the reasons she will always try to stay as active as possible. She’s gotta be able to keep up with them!!!

Dance can be a great total body workout. It can help better coordination, agility and flexibility, along with increasing muscle tone and strength. Lynette fully believes that being healthy is more than just working out. You should also take care of yourself mentally and dance can be a very therapeutic way to do that. It can improve your mood, lower stress and anxiety. The best thing about group fitness classes is that WE are all doing it together.

You can dance like no one is watching because they aren’t. All eyes are on the instructor. We don’t all have to look the same but should probably at least go the same direction. 🤣

Dancing makes Lynette happy and she loves sharing it with y’all. We hope you give yourself the chance to dance at least once in this lifetime. You’re allowed to be both a masterpiece and work in progress simultaneously. Allow yourself to explore and grow.

Jessica Loggie

Jessica is beyond excited to be apart of the Forever Fit team! She is an ACE certified group fitness instructor and certified in High Fitness! Being able to influence and encourage others to be active is an absolute passion of hers as well as health and fitness.

Staying active has always played a big part in Jessica’s life, beginning sports at a young age and into her adult life as a wife and parent of two wild ones. Growing up she went to Holliday ISD and stayed to enjoy Midwestern State University. There, she studied dental hygiene and enjoyed being apart of the co-ed cheerleading squad and Chi Omega sorority.

Jessica currently works full time for StarImage Dentistry and has been helping to change people’s lives in dentistry for almost 7 years now. She is beyond blessed to be able to teach and learn from both patients and class participants and cannot wait to grow in the world of fitness as she has in dentistry. She hopes to have the opportunity to meet you and welcome you to Forever Fit! 🙂

Emilie Denton

Emilie is a happily married woman with one of the most wonderful & supportive men, who is her biggest supporter. She also have 2 awesome kids who keep her very busy. She recently completed her NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification and currently works at Forever Fit in Wichita Falls, Tx.

Emilie began her fitness journey in August of 2018, when she finally decided that enough was enough. She suffered from depression, anxiety and panic attacks, and was constantly in pain in her joints, sciatic nerve pain and digestive system. She began by just changing the way she ate and exercised more. Competing in Bodybuilding is the goal that lies ahead for her, personally.

Emilie’s journey has not always been easy. She has wanted to give up, doubted the process, even asked herself why she was doing this: then remembered why she started. She has had many ups and downs, but through this process has found herself and what she wants most. She learned how to take care of her body, lost countless inches and 50lbs, while gaining muscle and more confidence than ever before.

If there is one thing she learned through this is, that you are not always going to be motivated, but you must be disciplined. Stop dreaming about it and chase those dreams. And if you ever want to quit, REMEMBER WHY YOU STARTED . This journey you are on is worth it, YOU ARE WORTH IT ALL. Emilie’s passion is to help people to get healthy and fit. Your goals may not be hers, and that’s ok. She is here for you and to help you reach yours. Consistency is the key to getting your results.

Korie Allen
Korie Allen Personal Trainer
Korie has been teaching for over 20 years and currently holds a Group Exercise Certification. Korie will be teaching Cardio Step on Thursday nights at 5:15 pm. She is certified in LeMond Group Cycling. Previous Certifications: Zumba, Hip Hop, U-Jam, Yoga, Pilates, and others.

Over the years she has taught Step, Cardio Fusion, Kick Boxing, Zumba, Power Pump, Spin, and many others. She really enjoys STEP aerobics because of the ability to create her own combinations adding lots of variety to the workouts.

Tani Monson
Tani MonsonPersonal Trainer
Tani has been teaching and training for over 20yrs. She can do personal training to help you meet your personal goals, or join her for group classes that improve flexibility, core, strength and cardio, such as Barre, Power, Circuit and Dance/Zumba.

In all her classes, Tani’s goal is to have you walk away knowing that you got a complete workout while having fun doing it. She has a passion to live life in a healthy and physical way, and looks forward to meeting you and sharing a passion of wellness.

Taylor James

Taylor is so excited to be a part of the Forever Fit family! She’s local to Wichita Falls, TX, and loves being a part of the fitness community we’ve built here. She is a 200hr RYT (registered yoga teacher) through Black Swan Yoga | Dallas and Yoga Alliance.

Taylor has practiced yoga since 2016 and began instructing almost 2 years ago. Her love for yoga and fitness started after high school sports ended. She was lucky enough to find jobs in gyms and yoga studios that sparked her interest in both and led her on this journey. She is a firm believer that mental and physical health go hand in hand, which is what led her to love the practice of Vinyasa Flow yoga. There’s nothing like a good, sweaty yoga class to let go of things that aren’t serving you!

Watching people grow and learn to love themselves more through fitness and the practice of yoga has easily become one of Taylor’s favorite things in life! As much as she may teach my clients, she has learned so much more through them, and for that she is grateful. Taylor can’t wait to know you!

Angie Spence
Angie Spence Fitness Instructor
Angie Spence is a fitness instructor from Wichita Falls, TX. She teaches thirty-minute total body classes that focus on muscle strength and toning, high-intensity cardio, and core training. She also teaches stretch and roll classes to help with muscle recovery.

Angie has made it her mission to help others with her knowledge, passion, and love for fitness. When Angie is not working as a counselor in a middle school, coaching clients, or training for fun runs and obstacle challenges, she can be found enjoying the outdoors with her husband and fur babies.
