Our group fitness classes, taught by certified instructors, will include yoga, bootcamps, Zumba, high fitness, beginner’s weight training, core classes, and HIT among others. Certified personal trainers will also be available if you are looking for more of a one on one training experience.
Our mission is to assist people in becoming healthier, happier, stronger and more energetic individuals and to give them the tools to be able to do that long term. We understand that meeting your fitness goals requires more than just coming to our gym. We will offer a nutrition seminar once a month to teach our community about foods and their purpose for the body, tips on how to meal prep, supplement knowledge, provide healthy recipes and much more. Our trainers and staff will provide advice and we are here to help you all along the way. Helping to improve the daily lives of our members is the foundation of what we are.
